Realization pilot project of Hanging Water Tank in Dalian
In cooperation with sustainable water company Hengji Water, the pilot project of Hanging Water Tank in Dalian was realized in the first months of 2017. One of the company’s building roofs gave room to the project. Upon the roof three different test sections were constructed, with SkinRoofing in the base. The first section is laid with plain SkinRoofing, on the second part of the roof we find sedum plants and the third section contains urban agriculture. The roof is provided with several monitoring systems, to measure in example the water quantity and quality upon the roof. All materials were obtained from local suppliers.
